Why Choose Trenchless Sewer Repair?

Nu Flow

Pipe Lining Without Digging

Pro Rooter is the only plumbing company in Western Colorado certified to use Nu Flow technology, a state-of-the-art cure-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining system that restores damaged pipes without excavation.

We have the ability to line pipes ranging in diameter from 3” to 12” with Nu Drain structural liners.

Nu Drain Structural Liners

For use on sanitary drainpipes, roof drain systems, vertical sanitary systems, and storm drain systems.

HOW IT WORKS

We perform a CCTV camera inspection to identify and remove as needed any blockages, buildup, or corrosion in the sewer line.

A flexible epoxy-impregnated liner is inserted into the pipe. Pro Rooter uses NuCure Cold Cure UV technology ensuring a faster, more reliable, and efficient pipe rehabilitation process.

Once cured, the liner creates a durable, long-lasting pipe inside the old one. A final CCTV inspection ensures the system is working properly.

NU FLOW: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The warranty is 10 years, but the anticipated life expectancy is 75 years.

Most pipes are fully operational within 1 hour after installation.

We can line pipes ranging from 3 inches to 12 inches in diameter.

The liner is thin and seamless, leaving your pipe’s flow capacity intact or even improved.

It works for most residential and commercial sewer pipes, but heavily collapsed pipes may require pipe bursting instead.

Pipe replacement is a traditional means of repair where a plumber will remove the failing pipe and replace it with a new pipe. This repair method has many disadvantages, which include the creation of a messy construction site, significant time to complete, and the fact that in almost all circumstances costs more than lining. NuFlow’s cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining solutions are non-destructive, eco-friendly, non-invasive, cost-effective and can be installed in a fraction of the time.

NuDrain is a lining technology used to rehabilitate sections of pipework such as drains by pulling in a ‘Cured In Place’ liner. The liner is felt-based and formed over an inflatable bladder which is saturated in epoxy resin, pulled into place inside the existing host pipe and inflated. After the epoxy has cured, the bladder is deflated and removed leaving a new pipe within an old pipe and forming a structural barrier with ring strength.
Our epoxy meets or exceeds the physical properties set forth by the American Standard of Testing and Materials (ASTM) as well as other national & international standards for CIPP rehabilitation.

Pro Rooter is a NuFlow certified contractor. We have been rigorously trained and certified by NuFlow Technologies. This includes a thorough initial contractor training, an online continuing education series, a multitude of unique industry specific educational intensives, as well as the ongoing support and quality assurance practices from the NuFlow team. Periodic re-certification is a requirement for all NuFlow Certified Contractors.

Pipe Bursting

Full Pipe Replacement Without Trenching

When a sewer pipe is too damaged for lining, pipe bursting is the best solution. This method completely replaces the old sewer line by using a bursting head to break apart the existing pipe while simultaneously pulling a new, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe into place.

How It Works

We dig small entry and exit holes, avoiding the need for a full trench.

A bursting head is pulled through the old pipe with 20 tons of hydraulic force, breaking apart the old material.

As the old pipe bursts, the new HDPE pipe is laid in its place, providing a stronger, longer-lasting sewer line.

Benefits of Pipe Bursting:
Stronger than PVC or clay pipes
Resistant to cracks, root intrusion, and corrosion
Long-lasting solution with minimal property damage
